We really hope that you are happy with your purchases but, of course, sometimes there may be a need to exchange or return an item. We set out below our current returns policy:

  • Any items bought online that you wish to return must be received by Baydon Grange Gifts within 30 days of purchase.
  • We are unable to accept returns beyond these timescales. 
  • Returned products must be in the new condition as supplied. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items worn, damaged or without their original packaging and labels attached.
  • We typically operate a quick turnaround on our returns and refunds, but we ask that you allow 5-7 working days for your refund to be processed once you have received notification from us. 
  • Baydon Grange will only reimburse return shipping costs if the order is incorrect or faulty.

UNITED KINGDOM

  • FREE STANDARD DELIVERY IN THE UK ON ALL ORDERS OVER £30.
  • £4.95 - Orders under £30 4-5 working day standard delivery for the UK
  • £7.95 - Next working day delivery - for the UK - Orders must be placed by 1pm (Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday and before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday)
  • £15.00 - Saturday Delivery - for the UK - Orders must be placed by 1pm on Friday

CHANNEL ISLANDS

  • £10 – Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey) Standard Delivery 

EUROPEAN UNION

  • £20 - Rest of the European Union - Standard Delivery 

NORTH AMERICA

  • £30 - North America (United States & Canada) - Standard Delivery

We will endeavour to arrange delivery of your goods as economically as possible, for example if your goods exceed 2kg, we will split products into separate packages where it is possible to do so.

Weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Some items may require a higher shipping charge. In this instance we will notify you either by email or telephone and wait for your confirmation to proceed. Some orders may require a signature upon receipt. Any duty or taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Payment

Baydon Grange Gifts gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Switch and PayPal. Charges to bank cards are not processed until after each item is shipped.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.

For orders to be shipped to the UK or the European Union 20% VAT is payable. All other orders are VAT free.

Please note we reserve the right to change the price of any item without prior notice.
